Summer lineup staff picks: VPAC staff share some of the shows they’re excited to see

The Vilar Performing Arts Center (VPAC) summer schedule begins at the end of June and offers a wide variety of shows until mid-September. Enjoying an evening show at VPAC is a perfect pairing with the endless outdoor adventures around Beaver Creek during the summer.

As theater and Vail Valley Foundation staff prepare for a busy summer, including exciting venue updates, here’s a look at what some VPAC team members are most looking forward to and why – a tough question with so many awesome performances on the way!

Fleet Foxes (June 29)



“Fleet Foxes because their incredible vocal harmonies and indie-acoustic playing style are particularly suited to the acoustics of VPAC. This show is going to sound magical in our theater. —Owen Hutchinson, Managing Director of VPAC

John Fogerty (June 30-July 1)

Regina Spektor (July 8)

Shakey Graves (July 13)

Midland (July 20)

Corinne Bailey Rae (July 21)

Kristen Chenoweth (August 13)

America (August 19)

MOMIX (August 28)

Billy Currington (September 16)
