Ajith’s action drama “Valimai”, directed by H Vinoth, was marked as a hit as the film is doing well at the box office. Also, Boney Kapoor who produced the film is happy with the response of the film, however, it seems that all is not well with the film as an association of lawyers filed a lawsuit against the director and producer of the film. . According to them, the film’s lawyers were misrepresented. Therefore, they filed a complaint against the director and producer of ‘Valimai’ at the Chennai Police Commissioner’s Office and requested the official to take appropriate action against them.
Despite the box office triumph, the police complaint against the director and producer disturbed the team and the fans. ‘Valimai’ was reported to have grossed almost Rs 150 crore worldwide by the end of the first weekend, and the film is holding strong on weekdays as it went home to many centers in Tamil Nadu yesterday.
“Valimai” is a heavy action drama mixed with emotional scenes, and the film slowly turned into a family drama. Ajith played the role of a cop, while Kartikeya takes it in his Tamil debut. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the music for the film, while the final mix and patchwork was done by Ghibran.
