About Hueman
Allison Torneros, known in the art world as “Hueman”, is a multidisciplinary artist based in Oakland,
CALIFORNIA. Her distinctly vaporous art style is what she likes to call “etherealism”, a mixture of ethereal realism.
Whether she’s creating delicate visions on canvas or crushing massive walls with a spray can, she
often draws inspiration from the human condition to create colorful blends of the abstract and the figurative.
Hueman’s unique freestyle process involves creating highly refined compositions from a
spontaneous onset of splatters, drips and sprays of paint, and his layered works can be seen on
public streets and in galleries around the world. She divides her time between gallery exhibitions and
public murals while collaborating with some of the world’s leading brands, including Adobe,
Lyft, Nike, Forever 21, Google, L’Oreal, Sony Music and many more. His work has found homes in
the collections of Ava Duvernay, Usher, P!nk and Swizz Beats.
