Los Altos Stage Company and Los Altos Youth Theater Announce Postponement of Remaining 2021-2022 Season

After careful consideration and discussion, Los Altos Stage Company and Los Altos Youth Theater have rolled back their schedule for the remainder of their seasons by approximately one month and reduced the total number of performances for each production.

New dates for upcoming productions are listed below.

Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount film inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is a hilarious prank and murder mystery.

The story begins in an isolated mansion, where six mysterious guests gather for an unusual dinner where murder and blackmail are on the menu. When their host is found dead, they all become suspects. Led by Wadsworth – the Butler, Miss Scarlett, Professor Plum, Mrs. White, Mr. Green, Mrs. Peacock and Colonel Mustard rush to find the killer as the body count mounts. Clue is the comedy thriller that will leave cult fans and newcomers alike as they try to figure out… WHO did it, WHERE and with WHAT!

Cleverly parodying classic musicals and campy movies from Gypsy to The Bad Seed, this aggressively outrageous musical has garnered rave reviews during its lengthy Off-Broadway run.

The story centers on Shelby, who navigates marriage, childbirth, and medical complications with a love of life and a willingness to bravely face her possibilities. Popularly adapted for the screen, it’s the piece that started it all.

Xanadu follows the journey of a magical and beautiful Greek muse, Kira, who descends from the skies of Mount Olympus to Venice Beach, California in 1980 on a quest to inspire a struggling artist, Sonny, to achieve the greatest creation ever. art of all time – the first DISCO ROLLER! (Hey, it’s 1980!) But when Kira falls in forbidden love with the deadly Sonny, her jealous sisters take advantage and chaos abounds.
