Content Manager / Producer – Pedestrian Jobs

Working directly with the Content Manager, the Content Manager/Producer is responsible for managing content and community projects, including stakeholder management, content strategies and new business development. As a senior team member, this role is a source of trust within the agency, providing support and insight to key clients while coaching and guiding junior team members and freelancers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop strategies and recommendations based on information and data using social listening and research tools, including ideation
  • Management of a content team (writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end projects including design, execution, schedules and budgets
  • Client management and WIP
  • As required, writing, editing and dispatch management, including video production, design, CAD, etc.
  • Development and management of project quotes
  • Campaign reports, monthly forecasts, etc.
  • Engage in new business opportunities, including business communication

We’re looking for someone who has a nose for quality content and is naturally passionate about the latest industry trends. You will be driven and ambitious, personable and enthusiastic, with the right level of organizational prowess and determination.

Other skills and experience required include:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in an agency or in a similar position
  • Ability to craft new content ideas to achieve campaign or brand goals
  • A review of social media engagement strategies and best practices
  • Excellent understanding of the media landscape and best practices
  • Ideally some experience using industry standard tools such as Meltwater, Falcon io, Savvy, etc. and expertise in using SEO best practices to write creative copy
