Grammy-winning artist Chris Tomlin has released his seventeenth album, a new cult complete project, STILL.
The album features 13 tracks which were all co-written by Chris, except for Keith Green’s beloved classic, “Oh Lord, You’re Beautiful”. The title track “Always”, the first single from the album, is a nod to Hebrews 13:8, “Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever”.
Featured guests on STILL include Elevation Worship, Steffany Gretzinger and Brandon Lake. The project was produced by Ben Glover, Jeff Sojka, Bryan Fowler, Ed Cash, Jonathan Smith and Lady A’s Dave Haywood co-produced “The Answer”. Get album HERE.
The Tennessian said: “For three decades, Christian musical artist Chris Tomlin has been as much a religious leader as a songwriter, able to translate his faith in spirituality into influential and popular music. Via “Always”, his seventeenth album released on September 9, he goes from being a leader to that of a legend in the world of gospel and contemporary Christian music… music that cements his legendary status in the genre.”
“I’ve had the great privilege of writing and recording songs for most of my life and yet I still don’t feel like I’ve really finished a record…I just released a record…and this project is no exception. These songs are another step towards my continued desire to help give people a voice to worship God,” Chris shared. “Over the years I have realized that the older we get, the more questions we have about life and while I never claimed to have all the answers, my prayer is that these new songs of worship will help point people to the One Who Is .”
